Bargain and sale by Thomas Daye of Scowlton (Norf.), esq., to Thomas Francis of Carbrook (Norf.), yeoman, for the sum of £55 of 5 1/2 acres of land in "Sowmoore Furlonge" in the field of Carbrook; the first bounded by lands of Peter George of Carbrook to the east, lands of the lord of the manor to the west, the king's highway to the north, and the common called "Sowmore Comon" to the south; the second bounded by lands of Peter George and William Lawnce, miller; the third bounded by lands of William Lawnce, Thomas Learner; the fourth bounded by lands of Thomas Learner and William Wastwett; which lands descended to the grantor from Thomas Daye the Elder his father. With covenant to levy a fine to secure a good title to the purchases. Endorsed with a note of livery of seisin.
